Synopsis

On a stormy winter's day in a desolate coastal community, Jessica Ridley -a 21 year old, bi-racial, illegitimate child of an alcoholic mum - leads her sister Abbeyto a deserted beach to celebrate her 18th birthday. 

An hour later, Jess wakes with bloody injuries to her head and deep scratches on her arms and legs. Her memory’s blank and there's no trace of her Abbey as she stares at the blood on her hands, she has a chilling feeling she murdered sister the police are baffled; there are no witnesses, no forensics and no body but Jess's criminal record means she’s the prime suspect. 

She flees arrest believing her sister may still be alive when she uncovers a dark secret in her remote community. Yet all the time she has an uneasy feeling that her resurfacing memories hold the real truth of Abbey's disappearance and her own guilt.
