WINTER IN JULY is a visceral, suspenseful and intriguing thriller about a brother and sister fighting for justice on opposite sides of the law in a Europe dealing with new threats to its security and stability including terrorism, corruption and political extremism.
Synopsis
When on assignment in Cracow, Poland, idealistic European anti-terrorist operative Christine Walecki discovers her equally idealistic but disillusioned brother Michael has become a “shoot to kill” operative for an underground vigilante group. When Michael is murdered Christine takes up the case but, before she can investigate, she is fired from her job and is forced to embark on a dangerous personal mission to find the killer and in the process uncovers a web of deceit and corruption that aims to destabilise the fragile status quo existing within Europe.
